Acting as the de-facto frontend tech lead for PSM (Permiso de Salida de Menor), a national government platform built for Burocracia Cero / CNC — owning the frontend architecture end-to-end and guiding the frontend team.

Defined the frontend foundation on React 19 and TanStack Start: root layout, global providers, routing, and the state strategy (server state via TanStack Query, form/UI state via Zustand).

Implemented the Cuenta Única (OAuth 2.0) authentication flow against the Dominican government's identity provider, including secure httpOnly cookie sessions.

Set up server-side rendering, Docker multi-stage builds, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for building and shipping the app.
